NKECHIS POT Founded by a Nigerian lady who moved to the Phoenix AZ districts. In the diaspora of not being able to locate any restaurants that offered a proper home made meal, she Established The innovative idea of NKECHIS POT. A premier and authentic Nigerian Food Restaurant that has been proudly serving the Phoenix AZ area since March 2021. Since then, Her mission has been to provide home based meals for all our African- Nigerian Brothers and Sisters and the society open to diverse culture at large.
DO YOU HAVE A VEGAN/VEGETARIAN MENU?
Our menu does not provide vegan meals at this time yet. We would in the near future.
IS THIS A TYPICAL BRICK-MORTAR RESTAURANT?
No, NkechisPot is still mobile & on the go! While we are working on a physical location For dine-in, our meals are safely prepped & freshly made daily in our home cloud kitchen ready for pickup by you! Cool huh!

ARE DOORDASH PRICES DIFFERENT FROM IN STORE?
Yes they’re. Due to platform fees, our prices in-store differ from our doordash prices for delivery or pickup. You may however call the store directly to place orders for pickup. We hope this doesn’t discourage you as good food is soul food! Absolutely worth it!!
WHAT ARE PLATE SIZES?
Our Soup Bowls come in a 25oz Plate (Egusi, Okro, Ogbono & Eforiro), Paired with a Handful wrap of the Fufu. Our Pepper-Soup bowls are 32oz bowls.

Hi! My name is Nkechi - think good food think of me! A Phoenix Resident, Born and Bred in Nigeria. My passion for food creation is inborn, growing up I would enjoy the long hours in the kitchen, I enjoy the creativity & unique flavours I get to create. Often told to start a food blog, stubborn me would say no - typical Shy Igbo babe. Moving to AZ from Baltimore - huge difference, and not being able to have a decent Nigerian meal was very devastating, so I saw a need & I fixed it by birthing Nkechi’s Pot! Finally, A good reason to start a food blog..hehe. I carefully-crafted a menu that accentuates the uniquely exquisite flavour’s that have come to define NKECHIS POT.
